Taylor Wimpey West London welcomed pupils from Smannell Field School to The Forum on Tuesday, February 11.

"Overall, we had quite a few discussions afterwards with our students and I believe these sorts of experiences are the things students remember - particularly if they end up in the industry."

Taylor Wimpey works with schools, colleges and universities to promote a variety of careers in the construction industry as a means to inspire and educate students on the opportunities available.

Emma Watson, senior sales manager at Taylor Wimpey West London, was one of those who took part in the talk.

She said: "At Taylor Wimpey we aim to inspire and educate the next generation of industry workers.

"Site visits with local schools such as this provide a unique experience for students studying or looking to study construction and we’re delighted that the students from Smannell Field School were able to visit us on this occasion."
