Sarah Jacobs, the marketing manager at Age Concern Hampshire, is dedicated to raising awareness and improving support for older people across Hampshire.

At Age Concern Hampshire, we are passionate about supporting older people across the county.

Our wellbeing services offer companionship, practical help and social connection — all things that really make a difference to people’s lives.

We are inviting everyone in the community to support these services by making a donation.

Every donation, big or small, helps us continue offering this vital support to those who need it most.

You can donate online through our JustGiving page at justgiving.com/campaign/ach40.

If you run a local business, you can also get involved by becoming a corporate sponsor.

Sponsors receive special recognition on our website, social media, newsletters and in press materials.

It is a great way to show you are supporting an important cause.

We also encourage community groups and workplaces to hold fundraising events.

Whether it is a quiz night, bake sale, charity walk or an office collection, every penny raised can be donated to help us keep these services going.

We have plenty of ideas and resources on our website to help you plan your event.

Volunteering is also a wonderful way to get involved.

Our social groups in Basingstoke, Whitchurch, Overton, Kingsclere and the New Forest rely on caring volunteers who give their time to help create welcoming spaces where older people can connect, share and enjoy companionship.

If you have a few hours to spare, we would love to hear from you.

Your support as a volunteer helps keep these vital groups alive and thriving.

Our aim is simple. We want to make sure these wellbeing services continue to thrive and remain accessible for everyone who depends on them.

Your support helps combat loneliness and isolation and brings real benefits to older people across Hampshire.

Together, with the generosity of our community and local businesses, we can make a lasting difference.

We are so grateful for all the kindness and support we receive, and we would love for you to join us.

If you want to find out more or talk about sponsorship or volunteering opportunities, please get in touch with Age Concern Hampshire by calling 01962 868545 or emailing supporters@ageconcernhampshire.org.uk.
