A drug driver has admitted breaching a community order by missing a scheduled probation appointment.

Laura David, 38, of Vespasian Road, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, October 1.

David admitted failing to attend a planned office appointment on December 31, 2024.

The requirement formed part of a community order imposed on November 21, 2024, after David was convicted of driving with a controlled drug, benzoylecgonine, in their blood above the legal limit in Smannell Road, Andover, on March 23, 2024.

At the time, David had not less than 118 micrograms of benzoylecgonine - the legal limit is 50.

The court ordered David to pay £65 in costs.

The community order remains in place, requiring David to attend up to 15 rehabilitation activity days.
