He is described as being a white man, around 183cm tall, with brown eyes and dark brown hair.

Colin has links to Portsmouth and Emsworth, but may visit other areas of Hampshire.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We would like to remind people that anyone found to be harbouring Colin to deliberately obstruct our attempts to locate him may be committing an offence and be liable for arrest themselves."

If you have seen him, or have information regarding his whereabouts, please contact police on 101, quoting 44250482189.
