A care home in Andover has been given an overall "Good" rating following a comprehensive inspection carried out on April 22 and 23.
Harrier Grange, located on Hawker Siddeley Way, provides accommodation with nursing care for up to 66 people across three floors.
The review was prompted by concerns about how residents’ needs were being met when their health declined, but inspectors found no concerns with the care and support people received.
In a report published on June 4, inspectors noted that people's needs at Harrier Grange were assessed fully and these assessments were reviewed regularly.

Risk assessments were completed for residents, and care plans were in place to guide staff on keeping people safe.
Though some care plans were not always updated swiftly when needs changed, staff knew residents well and understood how to support them safely.
The inspection found staff to be appropriately skilled, qualified, and experienced.
Staff worked alongside healthcare professionals to monitor and promote residents’ health and wellbeing.
The service was also found to be clean, well maintained, and followed infection control guidelines.
People living in the home and their relatives gave positive feedback about the service and the care they received.
Relatives knew how to raise concerns and felt confident they would be managed.
People had enough food and drink and were happy with the choice and quality provided.
An activities team organised varied social, recreational and physical activities, and the home maintained links with the local community.
One person’s relative said: “I really can't express how phenomenal the staff are. From the minute you get in the front door. The lady on reception and the manager, they're all lovely and the care staff and nurses. If I e-mail them, they respond quickly.” Staff were consistently described as kind, caring and responsive.
A spokesperson for Harrier Grange Care Home said: “We are delighted that Harrier Grange has been rated Good across all areas by the Care Quality Commission for the second consecutive time. The report reflects the dedication and compassion of our team, and we are particularly pleased to see recognition of our friendly, welcoming staff and the safe and supportive environment they create for our residents.
“We pride ourselves on the strong relationships we have built with our residents and their families, and it is great to have this acknowledged by the inspector. Our colleagues work hard every day to create a warm and homely atmosphere where people feel respected, valued and genuinely cared for.
“We would like to thank our residents, their loved ones and our dedicated team for their continued trust and support. We remain committed to providing the highest standards of care and we will continue to build on this positive feedback.”
