Amy Ingram is inviting residents to a creative card-making workshop at The Cabin at the Diamond Wood in Andover later this summer.

The relaxing, hands-on session, led by Miss Ingram, will run on Wednesday, August 26, from 4 pm to 6 pm and is open to all, regardless of experience.

Attendees will be encouraged to "slow down" and enjoy the simple pleasure of being creative while making personalised cards for friends and family.

She said: "I am delighted to invite you to a very special card-making workshop, where we can come together to enjoy a relaxing, creative and memorable time making beautiful handmade cards."

Participants will have access to a wide range of materials, including decorative card and paper, colourful pens and pencils, stickers, patterns and embellishments, with plenty of guidance and ideas throughout.

There is no right or wrong way to be creative, and people are welcome to experiment with colours and designs or follow an example.

The workshop, supported by Andover Trees United, aims to offer a calm, friendly space where people can meet others, try something new and leave with meaningful handmade cards to keep or give to someone special.
