The court heard that Nosko was driving a vehicle registered YL58 YNF with 72 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, a byproduct of cocaine, per litre of blood above the specified legal limit.
He received a three-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and was banned from driving for four years.
The disqualification was backdated to May 26, 2026, when he was initially banned from the roads.
He must also complete up to 35 rehabilitation activity days.
Nosko was sentenced at the same hearing for possessing two knives and four bags of cannabis in Andover on the same date.
He pleaded guilty to possessing a wooden-handled knife and a folding pocket knife with a cutting edge longer than three inches in a public place, without good reason or lawful authority.
He also indicated a guilty plea to possessing four bags of cannabis.
The court imposed suspended custodial terms for the linked offences, including a 17-week sentence suspended for 12 months.
The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
The register states that only custody could be justified because of "multiple serious offences", but the sentences were suspended because there was a realistic prospect of rehabilitation and immediate custody would have had a significant effect on children.
Nosko was ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs.
The two knives and four bags of cannabis will be forfeited and destroyed.
