NEW footage shows a "stupid" and "dangerous" teenage drink-driver who drove at speeds of up to 123mph during a police chase across much of Hampshire.
As previously reported, Jimmy James, of Kingsclere Road, Whitchurch, was filmed by police officers weaving through traffic, overtaking dangerously and driving along the A31 at more than 110mph.
The 18-year-old was also seen driving through red lights and using the narrow gap between the outside lane and central reservation to pass vehicles during the incident on June 13.
The footage shows James colliding with a yellow Citroën, damaging its wing mirror, and failing to stop.

Police followed the silver Volkswagen Fox by helicopter before it was eventually stopped using a stinger device on Harrow Way in Whitchurch.
James and his three passengers fled the vehicle on foot, but he was later arrested and found to have 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath — above the legal limit.
He pleaded guilty to dangerous driving, driving with excess alcohol, driving without insurance and failing to stop after a road accident.
At Winchester Crown Court on August 28, Judge C Parker KC described James’s driving as “exceptionally dangerous and unpredictable”.
The judge said James was “exceptionally fortunate” that nobody had been killed or seriously injured.
James was sentenced to 14 months’ detention in a young offenders’ institution, suspended for two years.
He was also ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work and disqualified from driving for three years. He must pass an extended retest before returning to the road.
The alcohol-driving offence resulted in a £500 fine.
