“IT RUINED my life, I lost my job, my car, I lost everything.”
Those were the words of an Andover man who has had a drug driving conviction overturned in a test manipulation probe potentially affecting over 10,500 samples.
Karl McFadden, of Florence Court, was stopped while driving in Weyhill Road on April 7, 2016, with a swab test finding a presence of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, and he was taken to a police station for a blood test.
