ANDOVER Town manager Neil Benson has heaped praise on his side after they thrashed local rivals Andover New Street 9-0 in the Wessex League Cup.
Benson described his team’s performance as “thorough” and singled out Sam Pekun as his star man after the winger broke a club record by scoring five goals in a game.
He told the Advertiser: “It was a very thorough display."
