"Partnerships with organisations like Connect It are vital in enabling us to expand our work within the community.
"As we both mark 25 years, it’s particularly special to be working with a partner that shares our values and long-term vision."
The partnership goes beyond traditional sponsorship, forming part of a wider social value programme aimed at promoting youth cricket across the region.
The focus is on increasing access to the sport, offering coaching and facilities to young people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to play.
Both organisations are also working together to support greater female participation in cricket and the construction industry.
Laban Giles, managing director for Connect It Utility Services, said: "Our partnership with the club goes far beyond sponsorship, it’s about making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve."
