WE too have had a whole host of problems with our new home at Picket Twenty.
I won’t bore you with the details – let me summarise by saying we have a list of more than 20 problems and snags with the property – but the thing that has most frustrated us is the poor customer service.
We’ve been left all on our own by the developers, with no help whatsoever. Many of our neighbours feel the same.
What should have been an exciting time, buying a new home, has rapidly turned sour.
