ON BEHALF of the Anton Rotary Club, I would like to thank the shoppers from the Andover area who contributed so generously to our Christmas collections at ASDA and Tesco.
Your donations enabled us to raise £1,470 for local charities, especially for our local hospice, the Countess of Brecknock. The bulk of the money will go towards the new development at this hospice.
Our particular appreciation goes to the Tesco and ASDA supermarkets in Andover and their staff: both for providing the sites for our collections, and for their support.
