THE postal service in Andover has been terrible for most of this year.

I complained to the Royal Mail CEO earlier in the summer but there hasn’t been any improvement.

Apparently our MP has also been involved which hasn’t made any difference.

We are lucky if we get a postal delivery every two weeks. I have now written again to the Royal Mail CEO asking what he is doing to resolve the situation and also requesting compensation for all the residents that live in the Andover Sorting Office area.

I suspect Royal Mail will only do something about the matter if they are having to pay out some money.
