A HAMPSHIRE man has been banned from driving for a year after he got behind the wheel when over the drug-drive limit.
Thomas Williams, of Pound Street in Southampton, on Sunday, March 26, drove a Ford Focus on Andover Road with 9.1 microgrammes of Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood. The legal limit is two.
During a hearing which was held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 14, the 25-year-old pleaded guilty to the driving offence.

Magistrates disqualified Williams from driving for 12 months and ordered a fine of £350 to be paid.
Court costs of £85 must also be paid.
