A CHANDLER’S Ford care home has been honoured for its care of residents.

The team at the unit help residents maximise their physical activity while enjoying a healthy lifestyle and diet. It included recruiting specialists and nutritionists to help devise diets residents could easily use when home with their families.
Unit manager Nicki Toomer said: “We are delighted to receive this award. The team work incredibly hard on a daily basis to ensure residents get the best of care day in, day out. It’s great to know that their hard work is really benefiting residents but this award is the icing on the cake.”
