Cafe plan gets go-ahead
A SOUTHAMPTON site could soon become a cafe after a planning application was approved.
Receivers Joe Pitt and Ben Moon have been given permission to retain The Hub in Bevois Valley Road as a cafe and student flats, and will now look to sell the site on.
Although the 43 student flats are currently occupied, the 226 sq m space for the cafe has never been occupied.
