POLICE have launched an investigation after a break-in at a Hampshire fire station.
Officers say a burglar or burglars entered Odiham Fire Station, near Basingstoke, and stole items from inside.
Andy Bowers, assistant chief fire officer, wrote on social media: "Another break-in on a Hampshire fire station overnight.
"Despicable behaviour happening all too often.
"Call the police if you know anything."
The details of the items have not been revealed but the incident happened between 4pm yesterday (Friday, February 12) and 10.15am this morning.
