LUDGATE STUART Passed away after a long illness on 12th June 2015 in Basingstoke Hospital, aged 44 years. ----------- Funeral Service at 3.15 p.m. Wednesday 1st July in The Milton Chapel at the Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham. Smart casual dress please, no black. Family flowers only but donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service, The Green, Crowell, Chinnor, Oxon, OX39 4RR

Stuart you was a great son inlaw it was a pleasure when you got with Mandy you both were well suited and you was liked by all so it's a sad loss all round but specialy Mandy who you loved also with sammy / benson so long bud R.I.P
