TWELVE members of staff from Anton Junior School recently spent a weekend travelling in the school minibus from Andover to Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and finally Snowdon, climbing to the summit of each before returning back to school for Monday morning.
The team undertook the mammoth task in order to raise money for a new electric wheelchair for Year 5 pupil Tom Kelly, who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a condition that results in significant muscle wasting and deterioration throughout the body.
