TEST Valley Borough Council will soon be installing a brand new footpath and three benches at Admirals Way open space in Andover.
Local residents appealed to the council to introduce the path, primarily for the benefit of older and disabled individuals, people with prams and young children on bikes.
It will run along the perimeter of the park, reaching down to the play area, with the new benches placed along the way.
