A COUNCIL report about the Basingstoke Local Plan has been published, with the number of housing developments proposed for Overton increasing from one to two.
The plan period is from 2014 to 2029 and it is proposed that 120 houses should be built to the north of the existing Overton Hill site between 2014 and 2019 with another 150 houses built at Two Gate Lane.
