PLANS to redevelop an area in Kentsboro, Middle Wallop, have been rejected by planners at Test Valley Borough Council.
They ruled that the proposal to demolish existing buildings and build a new dwelling with double garage represents an |unjustified additional building in the countryside, and there is no overriding need.
The plans would be intrusive and harmful to the area’s rural character say the planners.
