A DOG which was on a lead still managed to get out of control in Ludgershall High Street last week.
At 3.30pm the dog bit a pedestrian as she walked past the Queen’s Head pub.
Police say this caused shock and scratches, and damaged her trousers.
The dog was a small brown terrier type, and the owner was a white woman in her late 50s.
