PLANS for an extension to build a tennis court on Upton Farm near Andover have been recommended for approval by Test Valley Borough Council.
The proposal will see the change of use from farmland to an all-weather tennis court with chain link fencing. The court will have a length of 33.5m and a width of 18m.
The final decision will be made at a Test Valley Borough Council’s northern area planning committee on Thursday 24 July.
