POLICE are appealing for information after 30 vehicles were damaged at the weekend in Andover.
At some time overnight between Friday 12 September and Saturday 13 September, the vehicles were damaged as they were parked on Colenzo Drive, Admirals Way, London Road and Picket Twenty.
Each vehicle had one or two tyres cut with a sharp implement. PC Jenny Carr, said: “The cost of replacing the tyres is in the thousands, as all have had to be replaced as the tyre walls were cut. “At least two people were seen in the area, crouching down by a vehicle at sometime between midnight and 1am. “I am appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious, or anyone who thinks they know who is responsible, to get in touch at the earliest opportunity.”
Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Carr, at Andover police station by calling 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously.
