WHITCHURCH may not attract the glitz and the glamour of Cannes, but it is preparing for a film festival of its own next month.
The inaugural Whitchurch Silk Mill Film Festival is being organised by The Edge Project, which aims to help young people have their say and gives them an opportunity to be creative, share ideas, learn new skills and meet new people This year’s theme for the short films showing is “water, works”
and there will be prizes for the best entries.
