Assault charges dropped against Sean Gillan
Assault charges against Andover man Sean Gillan have been dropped and no further legal action will be taken.
As previously reported by the Advertiser, the 41-year-old, of Collingwood Walk, faced one charge of assault by beating a female during an incident on 29 April.
Basingstoke Magistrates' Court has now confirmed that the case has been discontinued by the Crown.
