Pensioner from Scotland appears in court charged with historic sex offences in Andover
A PENSIONER from Scotland appeared in court last week charged with historic sex offences towards a young girl in Andover in the late '80s and early '90s.
Andrew Kennedy, of Chestnut Drive, Girvan, South Ayrshire, is charged with three counts of indecently assaulting a girl under the age of 16 between June 1989 and June 1992 in Andover.
The 74-year-old is alleged to have committed offences too graphic to describe in a family newspaper.
Kennedy has not yet entered a plea and will appear in Winchester Crown Court later this month.
