A GIANT state-of-the-art distribution warehouse, co-developed by Test Valley Borough Council, could be converted into a controversial wood-to-energy incinerator if new plans are given the green light.
Sibor Ltd has submitted a change of use application to Hampshire County Council to allow the currently in-development Evolution 50 on Walworth Industrial Estate to be converted into a wood burning ‘energy recovery centre’ (ERC).
