ANGRY residents say they could be forced to sell their homes after being told they will have to pay repair bills of up to £26,000 EACH.
Neighbours in Kingsway Gardens, Andover, went to a tribunal with the Aster Group to determine if some of a multi-millionpound maintenance contract should be paid by leaseholders and if work on the blocks was necessary and reasonable.
