A HAMPSHIRE man has been ordered to comply with a community order following a string of offences in Andover and Basingstoke.
Alfie Smith, of Westridge Road in Southampton, on March 30 assaulted a man and a woman and stole food items, alcohol and tobacco worth £79.65 from the Co-op in Andover.
On March 31 the 40-year-old at Northern Police Investigation Centre in Basingstoke failed without good cause to provide a non-intimate sample for the purpose of ascertaining whether he had a Class 'A' drug in his body.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court held on April 20, Smith pleaded guilty to the offences.
Smith was ordered to comply with a community order for up to 15 days and pay compensation costs of £50.
