DRIVERS are being urged to approach with caution as the traffic lights on an Andover roundabout are not working.
The lights at Enham Arch Roundabout north for the A343 New Street and A3093 Churchill Way have failed today (Friday, February 16).
Hampshire County Council Traffic and Travel on X, formerly known as Twitter, reported the failure.
