DUE to its phenomenal West End success Dreamboats and Petticoats is returning to The Mayflower in Southampton from 1-6 February.
The dazzling success of the first two albums in the Dreamboats and Petticoats series sent the message loud and clear and with more than 2 million copies sold the public were saying they wanted to see as well as listen.
Thus the musical was born, opening in February 2009 to rave reviews and widespread audience acclaim.
More than a million people have since been enchanted by an evening of pure hedonistic affection for a more innocent era when love was young and so was rock ’n’ roll.
The show features songs from music’s golden era including Let’s Twist Again, Let’s Dance, What A Wonderful World, Sleepwalk, Shaking All Over and Three Steps to Heaven.
