INTERNATIONALLY renowned Texan singer-songwriter Kimmie Rhodes is appearing in The Forge in Basingstoke on 26 January at 8.15pm.
Her multi-platinum selling songs have been recorded by many artists including Willie Nelson, Trisha Yearwood, Waylon Jennings and Joe Ely.
A creative and prolific artist she has recorded and released 12 solo CDs, written and produced three musical plays and published a book.
Her latest CD, Walls Fall Down, consolidated her reputation as one of contemporary America's best songwriters and performers.
Her recently re-released Ten Summers revisits 10 years of music making with 14 of her favourite tracks.
