AN ANDOVER man who stole two pairs of expensive headphones has been ordered to pay back the money from his benefits.
James Stephen Smith, care of Pilgrims Way, stole the headphones, worth a total of £120, from Sainsburys in January.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court last week, the 36-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
The court ordered Smith pay back the money, which will be deducted from his benefits.
