Harrow Way mother conditionally discharged for failing to send her child to school
A HARROW Way Community School mum has been conditionally discharged by magistrates after failing to regularly send her child to school.
The parent, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was discharged conditionally for a total of 453 days after admitting to the offence when she appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court last week.
She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £35 costs.
