23-year-old man fined for damaging a Dene Court door
A 23-year-old man has been fined for damaging a Dene Court door and possession of cannabis.
Richard Keith Morton, of no fixed address, admitted to damaging the door and to possession of a quantity of the class B drug in September last year when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody at the court.
Morton was fined a total of £160 and ordered to pay £40 Crown Prosecution costs and a £30 victim services charge.
An order for forfeiture and destruction of the drugs was also made.
