A FLASHER exposed himself to a woman in Andover in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The 24-year-old victim was walking along Suffolk Road at around 3.30am (July 1) when she was approached by a man she did not know.
Following a short conversation, the man exposed himself to her before heading off on foot towards Leicester Place when she began to call the police.
The perpetrator is described as white, aged in his late 20s, around 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build.
He was wearing a black hooded top with a white t-shirt and spoke with a foreign accent.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or saw a man matching this description acting suspiciously in the area around this time.
