Upper Clatford U15 4 CK Andover U15 2 CK U15s played some good football which took them into a 2-0 lead through Oliver Gillibrand and Harry Baker.

They worked hard with good performances from Jordan Thompson and Vase Ristov but Joe Donohoe and Sam Edgell levelled before the break. Edgell and Luke Bacon sealed Clatford’s progress into the next round. Goalkeeper Rory Griffin was the home man of the match with Ian McMahon getting the CK vote.

Barton Stacey U15 4 Vernham Dean U15 2 Barton took on Division 2 leaders Vernham Dean in this first round cup tie.

Sam Woodward opened the scoring for Barton Stacey before Vernham broke to level. Barton Stacey regained the lead through Sam Woodward and Ben Gardner and Brad Aldridge combined superbly to score a third, Sam Woodward completed a stunning hat-trick. Vernham scored a well worked goal in an exciting climax to an entertaining game.

Overton U15 2 Harrow Rangers U15 2 Enham-based Rangers went ahead through Danny Tusson but Overton struck twice to go into the break 2-1 up.

In the second half Rangers who broke through and Lee Galpin netted the equaliser. Rangers’ man of the match was Nick Thirsk.

Chineham Tigers U14 0 Andover U14 3 League Cup quater-final Andover’s bare 11 were rewarded when Max Allen played in Reece Rusher just before the break.

Brendon Bennett set up Jake Curtis then Joe Cozzi banged in the third in the dying seconds. Full backs Jack Copping and man of the match Jack Thompson never put a foot wrong.

Upper Clatford U14 8 Littleton B U14 2 Joe Taylor opened the scoring for Clatford after five minutes with a skillful header and despite a strong performance from Littleton, who continued battling throughout, they were never able to get the upper hand.

Clatford scorers were Taylor 3, Daniel Kane 2, Jack Thompson 2 and Ollie Dodson.
