Shameful conduct
WHETHER the Andover area is suitable for ‘fracking’ or not (and I suspect not), to not publicise the consultation is nothing short of scandalous.
It makes a mockery of the whole point of a ‘consultation’ and will do nothing to encourage support for potential exploration or extraction.
They should hang their heads in shame.
