FIRSTLY, thank you again for the last write up you did on my behalf — great work as always.

The next thing is I would like is to thank Test Valley. I would like to thank them for squandering my council tax money. We are not rich people but we save up all year to pay our council tax bill in full, in time, so that we don’t receive red letters from them.

Imagine my absolute fury when being informed that they have hired two people to come and look into my recycling bin. I am being discriminated against along with others.

They didn’t just put a yellow ticket on my recycling bin but also sent one through the post, more wasted money.

The card which we received is confusing as it states cardboard, paper, and cans, along with plastic bottles can be recycled. They have failed to tell people that we can’t put Christmas wrapping paper, shredded paper, or computer paper in the bin, so not too many people know that.

They mention cans, but what kind of cans, petrol cans, paint cans or other?

Why pick on the public who are using dustbins and recycling bins but let fly tippers go un-policed and allow them to dump rubbish in great quantities around the countryside?

I will send a letter of complaint to Kit Malthouse as I will not be victimised by little nobodies who think they can do as they please with decent people.
