ON Tuesday, October 17, my husband passed out suddenly on a bench in the Upper High Street.
We were approached by so many people offering help - from youngsters to older people like ourselves - that I would like to thank them all. Especially the lady who helped me sit him up, the young lady who brought him out iced water and Billie who helped us get him to my son’s car.
It is heartwarming to know so many people care. Thank you all.
