I am angry that Test Valley Borough Council go on about Andover regeneration. Have they not noticed all the broken, cracked and lifted paving stones? Put some money forward for the repair of said paving stones.
Andover will not be regenerated until we get some decent shops, that will stay and want to renew their leases.
