I AM a pensioner and don't have a smartphone so I am unable to download the supermarket apps.
Most of the supermarkets will not provide me with a physical card so I am unable to benefit from their deals.
I am sure many older people are in the same position as me.
Equal opportunities seem to be forgotten.
I would like to see more consideration for people who do not have access to a smartphone.
